Each job is different. That is why we try to price by the job, when possible, rather than by the hour. We feel that a set quote when possible is in the best interest of our customers and our company. Hourly rates are only offered on jobs that are too large to have a set price.  

I have complete control to offer you a firm price or hourly rate where applicable for our services. That said, we want you to have complete confidence with our pricing when agreeing to our services. When we do your free in-person estimate we will discuss everything that you need or want done.  When that estimate is agreed upon, we will provide that in writing and will not increase over the written agreement unless additional work is added by you the customer. That can be discussed as needed.
